“三个一群儿，五个一伙儿，凑够人就走，无视信号灯……”长久以来，“中国式过马路”已经成为了中国城市道路生态“污名化”的代名词，一直被国内外舆论调侃。不过，杭州的道路上却鲜见这样的不良行为。

“A group of three, five pile, crossing road while members are enough with ignore the signal.” crossing a road in Chinese style are ridiculed by public both inside and outside all the time as a code word of bad effect of ecological environment of Chinese city. But these uncivilized behaviors can hardly be found in the hangzhou's streets.

　　北京时间8月2日晚，2017文明出行浙江省巡回宣传月大型公益活动汇报演出在杭州拱墅区运河广场举行。1个月前，浙江启动这一活动，以全省深化“杭州样本”的“斑马线礼让行人”为重点，助推“创文明交通，治秩序象”。

On the evening of August 2 Beijing Time, 2017 “Civilized Travel” Zhejiang Province Itinerant Publicity Month Large-scale Public Welfare Activities Report Performance held in Canal Square of Gongshu District, Hangzhou .A month ago, Zhejiang start the activity to deepen the key point "Comity pedestrian on the zebra crossing" of "Hangzhou Sample" in the whole province and promote "Creating Civilized Traffic, Putting Chaotic Phenomena into order”.

　　2012年，中国中央电视台在一篇报道中给出的“1个十字路口1小时有600人闯红灯”的恐怖数据曾在一天之内被微博网友疯转10万次，很多人承认自己就是“中国式过马路”大军中的一员。

In 2012,the terrible data that showed by CCTV about 600 people went through a red light just during 1 hour in a crossroad have been reposted 100 thousand times in one day only. Many people count themselves in the big team of crossing road in Chinese style.

　　但是“中国式过马路”并不是中国独有的现象，在不少国家也都存在，甚至在不少西方发达国家的街头，也总是可以看到行人或机动车不文明的行为。

In fact, crossing road in Chinese style is not a phenomenon that belong to China only, other countries even in some western developed countries can often see this uncivilized behavior.

　　然而这样的场景早已在杭州街头销声匿迹。井然有序已经成为了这里的常态，不仅在斑马线上，甚至是杭州城区的各大地铁口、公交站点、银行、医疗及各大商业网点，鲜有一窝蜂的惊现，取而代之的是不争抢、不围观、不起哄的良好氛围，几乎人人都在自觉的排队，有序的进出。

However, this phenomenon couldn’t happen in Hangzhou. Not only at zebra crossing, but also at the subway ,bus situation, banks, and medical or other major commercial networks, the traffic situation there is in order. Almost everyone is stand in line consciously and entry or exit orderly without scrambling, watching with a large crowd and heckling.

　　要说行人遵守秩序让人意外，那在杭州来来往往的机动车留给人更多的是“感动”。总是有外地的朋友告诉我，只有在杭州的斑马线前，机动车才会主动停下来，让行人先走。“单从这一点来说，杭州已经领先全国‘一大步’”。

The orderly pedestrian is a surprise, and you are more likely to moved by the cars passing by.My friends out-of-town always tell me that the pedestrian first phenomenon could only happen in Hangzhou. In light of this , Hangzhou is a leader of all other countries.

　　外地友人的感动，在杭州人看来是理所当然。从2009年开始，“斑马线前礼让行人”成为杭州这座城市的一张“金名片”。在杭州人眼中，“斑马线前礼让行人”不仅是对于法制的遵守，更是对于生命的尊重，而“斑马线前礼让行人”的基础则是机动车与行人的相互理解、相互体谅的换位思考，这不仅是领先全国的“一大步”，更是迈向世界的“一大步”。

It is a common phenomenon in Hangzhou. From 2009, the “pedestrian first” behavior became a golden card of Hangzhou. To citizen of Hangzhou, this behavior is more than respect for the law, it is for their own life, and the basic of this behavior is the mutual understanding and    transpositional consideration. This is not a big step in country but in area of whole world.

　　从西湖和京杭大运河的申遗，再到去年的G20杭州峰会，从今年的金砖四国部长会议再到2022年的杭州亚运会，杭州正在逐渐成为一座国际化的城市。越来越多的“世界公民”慕名来到杭州，感受这座城市的“温度”，而杭州的道路文明也将在世界面前给中国再次增色。

From West lake and The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal both applying inherit projects to G20 Hangzhou Summit which was held last year, from BRICS Minister’s Meeting to Hangzhou Asian Games in 2022,all of this events are making Hangzhou growing as a international city. More and more citizen of the world pay a visit to Hangzhou for feeling this warm city, and the road civilization from here can bring more value to China.

　　正是因为有了杭州的样本，从去年开始，浙江全省开始推广杭州“斑马线前礼让行人”的经验，从宁波、台州等地级市，再到各个县市区，甚至乡镇，又从浙江辐射到全国，“杭州样本”终会扭转“中国式过马路”的“污名”，成为中国的Style。（本网评论员 杨云寒）

Followed Hangzhou , the “pedestrian first” behavior has been spreading in the area of Zhejiang province, from the prefecture-level city such as Ningbo and Taizhou to several countries and township then influencing whole country, the “Hangzhou style” must take place the old fashion as a new Chinese style.
