网约车，可能今后未必能随叫随到了。近日，不少在杭州开滴滴的司机手机都收到了滴滴平台发出的短信，大意是相关部门要对网约车进行整治，其中外地牌照网约车可能要被清退。作者核实获悉，此事属实。

　　根据《浙江省道路运输条例》规定，出租车必须在核定的营运区域内营运，不得异地驻点营运。驻点经营或异地营运的，由县级以上道路运输管理机构责令改正，并处三百元以上三千元以下罚款，可以并处暂扣三十日以下车辆营运证、从业资格证。

According to Zhejiang Road Transportation Act, taxis have to operate in approved trading regions and be forbidden to site in other cities.
