杭州市财政局、市经信委、市建委、市交通局、市发改委和市科委等六部门近日联合印发了《杭州市2016年新能源汽车推广应用地方配套补助办法》。《办法》明确了补助车辆类型、申请条件、补助标准和申请程序。
　　
　　Hangzhou Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal Economic Committee, the Municipal Construction Committee, the Municipal Communications Bureau, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Municipal Science and Technology Commission jointly issued 2016 Hangzhou Local Subsidies for Application of New Energy Vehicles recently, which has cleared subsidized vehicle types, eligibility criteria, funding criteria and application procedures.
　　
　　据了解，可获补助车辆包括在本市购买、上牌且运行的符合要求的国产纯电动汽车、插电式混合动力汽车、燃料电池汽车。补助对象含满足一定条件的单位和个人。
　　
　　It is understood that the subsidized vehicles included domestic pure electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles and fuel cell vehicles with license tags that bought in Hangzhou, working to meet the requirements. Subsidized objects can be either units or individuals that meet certain criteria.
　　
　　据介绍，各类新能源车补助标准是不一样的。对普通市民来说，最高可获得8.5万补助。
　　
　　According to reports, all kinds of new energy vehicle subsidies vary. Ordinary people might get a subsidy of 85,000 to a maximum.
　　
　　相关人士表示，鼓励和支持各类资本参与投资建设充电设施，对共用和公用充换电设备（站、桩、装置）按实际投资额给予20%的补助。对老旧小区建设有关充电公共设施支出，给予适当补助，具体补助标准另行确定。
