       10月起，被称为“史上最严”的《中华人民共和国食品安全法》正式实施，首次将网络食品经营纳入监管，这意味着在网络平台售卖食品的经营者，都必须申请食品流通许可证才能入网经营。

　　长假前，淘宝卖家Sunny经营的一家海外代购店铺收到了要求备案的通知：“亲爱的卖家，根据新食安法要求，经营食品都需要提供食品经营许可证备案(农产品除外)”。
