正在法国蒙彼利埃召开的国际灌排委员会第六十六届国际执行理事会，于当地时间10月12日晚的全体会议上公布2015年入选的世界灌溉工程遗产名单，中国申报的诸暨桔槔井灌工程、寿县芍陂、宁波它山堰3个项目全部入选。
　　
　　France Montpellier International Commission on irrigation and drainage of the 66th international Executive Board, announced at a plenary meeting on the evening of October 12 local time in 2015 selected irrigation project in the World Heritage list. China Zhuji Jugao declared well irrigation project, Shaopo in Shouxian County and Ningbo Tashan Weir projects are all selected.
　　
　　诸暨桔槔井灌工程位于浙江省诸暨市赵家镇，这里的桔槔提水井灌最早可追溯至南宋，这种最为古老的灌溉方式至今仍在泉畈等村使用，堪称灌溉文明的活化石。芍陂又称安丰塘，位于安徽省寿县，是历史最悠久的大型陂塘蓄水灌溉工程，历经2600多年演变，至今仍灌溉67万亩农田。宁波它山堰位于浙江省宁波市鄞州区的鄞江镇，始建于唐大和七年(公元833年)，拦河坝的设计和建造代表了当时大型砌石结构水利工程建设的最高成就，至今仍在发挥效能。
　　
　　Zhuji Jugao well irrigation project is located in the town of Zhaojia, Zhuji city, Zhejiang Province. Jugao irrigation wells are dating back to the Southern Song dynasty. The most ancient irrigation is still in the village of Quanfan, called living fossils of the irrigation civilization. Shaopo also is known as the Anfengtang, located in Shou County, Anhui Province. It is the oldest large scale Potang water irrigation engineering. After more than 2,600 years of evolution, it is still irrigate 670,000 hectares of farmland. Ningbo Tashan Weir located in yinjiang town, yinzhou district, Ningbo city, Zhejiang Province. It was founded in seven years of the Tang Dahe dynasty (833AD). Dam design and construction on behalf of large stone structure at the time the highest achievement of water conservancy construction, is still effective.
　　
　　对于灌溉工程遗产今后的保护和发展，中国代表团团长、灌排中心副主任闫冠宇说：“我认为从一定程度上讲，保护的意义远大于开发，申遗成功是遗产保护的新起点。传统灌溉工程好的经验要认真总结和发扬下去。首先入选的项目要成为将来灌溉工程遗产保护和传承的样板。”（作者俞舒珺 实习作者俞佳慧综合报道 陈雨薇/译）

World Heritage site success is the new starting point for heritage protection. Traditional irrigation projects good experiences should to conscientiously sum up and forward. First of all selected items to become future irrigation projects in heritage protection and inheritance model.
