新高考改革方案出台满一年 试行结果究竟如何?

  新高考改革方案出台一年多,浙江对全省11个市的30所一级特色示范高中进行了巡查,并于日前发布了《浙江省深化普通高中课程改革巡查报告》。
  
The new CEE reform program has published for more than a year, Zhejiang patrolled to 30 first-class special demonstration high schools in 11 cities, and published <patrolling report of deepening course reform in high school of Zhejiang>.
  
  巡查发现,多数学校已建立了生涯规划教育制度,成立了生涯规划领导小组,制定学生三年生涯规划教育活动规划。部分校长还亲自担任授课教师,系统讲解新高考与学生生涯规划的关联性。
  
It is found that most of the high schools have established career planning education institution, and set up career planning leading group to make 3-year plan of career planning education institution to students.  Some principals are the teachers in person, to systematically teach relationship between the new CEE and career planning of students.
  
  不过,从此次巡查情况来看,部分学校对于学生综合素质评价工作不够重视,没有制定符合本校的实施细化方案,对于学生数据的采集和保存也较为滞后。大部分学校综合素质评价工作有待进一步加强。
  
However, seeing from the situation, some schools don’t attach great importance to evaluate students’ comprehensive qualities, they are lack of detailed plan which coordinates to own school, and collecting and reversing to students’ data. Evaluating students’ comprehensive qualities in most of schools need to be improved.
  
  此外,并开科目超过8门是学校普遍存在的问题,学生问卷情况也反映了这一问题。有89.4%的高二学生表示自己本学期所学课程超过8门,其中有65.5%的学生共修习了11门学科。
  
Besides, more than 8 subjects opened, was a problem schools existing universally, and students’ questionnaires also showed this problem. 89.4% of grade-senior-2 students said they learned more than 8 subjects, and 65.5% of them totally learned 11 subjects.
  
  事实上,课程修习的越多并不代表学生掌握的越多,对于当前的高二学生来说,一方面,需要应对高中学考和高考选考;另一方面,需要修习生物、技术等高一并不开设的课程。如何平衡并开科目与选修课程的课时安排成为当前亟待解决的问题之一。
  
In fact, the more lessons they learned didn’t mean that they knew more. To current grade-senior-2 students, on the one hand, they need to reply studying tests and elective subjects of CEE, on the other hand, they need to study course which hadn’t open in grade-senior-1, such as biology and technology. How to balance class hours of elective and paratactic subjects, becomes one of the problems which need to be solved at present.
