根据该新政策,使用公积金贷款购买首套房为二手房,房龄为5年(含)以内且建筑面积在140平方米以下的,贷款首付比例不低于20%;建筑面积在140平方米(含)以上的,或房龄为5年以上20年(含)以内的,贷款首付比例不低于30%;房龄为20年以上的,贷款首付比例不低于40%。同时,使用公积金贷款购买二手房的贷款期限加房龄最长年限,由40年放宽至50年。
