近日，央视新闻联播为杭州加上了一顶新的“桂冠”——智能制造之城。原因在于浙江人率先实现了德国人最先提出的工业4.0。

CNCAO NEWS Recently, CCTV News gave Hangzhou a new “laurel”---- The city of intelligent manufacturing. The reason is that the people of Zhejiang took the lead in achieving industry 4.0, which first put forward by German.

　　据介绍，自2016年底阿里云ET工业大脑入驻中策橡胶的生产车间，对中策橡胶生产端的各类数据进行深度学习。它通过人工智能算法，极大地稳定了混炼胶性能，大大降低在加工环节的成本投入。目前，阿里云已帮助中策橡胶提升混炼胶平均合格率3%-5%。

According to reports, since the end of 2016,ET industrial brain of Alibaba Cloud Computing entered production workshops of Zcrubber, and had a deep learning of all kinds of data of its production end. Through the artificial intelligence algorithm, it stabilizes the performance of the gross rubber and reduces the cost of process greatly. At present, Alibaba Cloud Computing has helped Zcrubber enhance 3%-5% average pass rate of gross rubber.

　　此外，以吉利为代表的中国汽车厂商用高性能计算实现了智能制造的跨越式发展。依托阿里云的高性能计算技术，吉利能够在数千核集群的计算机环境下进行仿真测试，包括对车辆的模拟碰撞，在车辆安全性上精益求精。

In addition, Chinese auto manufacturers represented by Gleey, achieved great-leap-forward development of intelligent manufacturing with high-performance computing. Relying on high-performance computing technology of Alibaba Cloud Computing, Geely can has simulation tests in the environment of computer with thousands of nuclear clusters, which includes the simulation collision of vehicles.
