中国网浪潮新闻 近日,浙江当地媒体发文称,作为制造业大省的浙江已经开启挺进“制造业2.0版”的时代征程。而“浙江制造”这种区域品牌的尝试,也将成为“中国制造2025规划”的一个试验田样本。
CNCAO NEWS Recently, the local media in Zhejiang had released a paper saying that Zhejiang, as the large manufacturing province, has been on its way to "manufacturing industry 2.0". And the attempt of regional brand, "Zhejiang made", will also be a pilot sample for the "plan of made in China 2025".
“一件集成灶有七八百个零件,个个都要做得严丝合缝,精细度就像拿头发和头发顶针;平均每一台集成灶,有8项发明专利;为了一个‘笑脸’火盖,50多个技术人员前后用了整整一年时间,试验了近120次。”浙江当地表示,这家名叫亿田的企业也是“浙江制造”品牌认证企业之一,而它较真的做法,是“浙江制造”大家庭的普遍代表。
"An integrated stove has around 700 or 800 components, which are all required to fit together perfectly, whose fineness is just like to use hairs to do thimble-works; every integrated stove has eight patents of invention; over 50 professionals have spent as long as one year doing experiments for nearly 120 times just for a fire cover with a 'miling face'." Zhejiang also stated that this entreprise named Entive was one of the corporations with brand authentication of "Zhejiang made", whose serious attitude is common representative of the big family of "Zhejiang made".
自2014年,品字标“浙江制造”品牌建设正式启动至今,浙江已研制“浙江制造”标准202项,发布标准187项,已有75家浙江制造业企业获得121张品字标“浙江制造”品牌证书。
Since the construction of "Zhejiang made" brand standard got officially initiated in 2014 till now, Zhejiang has already researched and developed 202 standards of "Zhejiang made" as well as getting 187 of them published and there have been 75 manufacturing entreprises obtaining 121 brand certificates of "Zhejiang made" brand standard.
浙江省质量技术监督局局长高鹰忠表示,打造“浙江制造”品牌是贯彻落实“八八战略”,打好转型升级组合拳的有效载体,是推动中国制造向中国创造转变、中国速度向中国质量转变、中国产品向中国品牌转变的浙江实践。
Gao Yingzhong, the director of Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of Zhejiang Province, stated that brand construction of "Zhejiang made" is a way to implement "Eight-eight Strategy", an effective carrier of the combination blow of transformation and upgrading as well as the practise of Zhejiang to promote made-in-China to made-by-China, speed of China to quality of China and products of China to brands of China.
国家质检总局副局长、党组成员,国家认监委主任孙大伟曾表示,“浙江制造”品牌建设,为浙江打造高端区域品牌建设质量强省提供可行路径,也为全国树立了示范的标杆。
Sun Dawei, deputy director of General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine the People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ), member of Party and director of Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republicof China (CNCA), also held the view that the brand construction of "Zhejiang made" would not only provide a feasible path for Zhejiang to become a province of high-end regional brands construction with good quality, but also set a model benchmark for the whole country.
打造“浙江制造”品牌,是中国制造2025战略实施以来中国制造业新旧动能转换的一个标志性事件,对推动供给侧结构性改革、提升供给质量起着至关重要的作用,它吹响了浙江制造业整体转型升级的集结号。
Construction of "Zhejiang made" brand is a hallmark event of the conversion from old kinetic energy to the new one in China's manufacturing industry since the strategy of Made in China 2025 launched, which also plays an indispensable role to promote the structural reform of the supply front along with the quality of the supply. It gets the assembly of the comprehensive transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Zhejiang blared.
