中国网浪潮资讯  日前，浙江省政府印发《浙江省人民政府办公厅关于推进足球改革发展的实施意见》（以下简称“《实施意见》”）。根据《实施意见》，浙江力争到2025年具备承办FIFA世界杯分赛区的条件和能力。

　　据了解，新出台的《实施意见》共有调整改革各级足球协会、支持推动职业足球俱乐部改革发展、推进校园足球改革发展、推进社会足球普及发展等七个部分共41条，提出将全面提升浙江省足球运动水平。

　　根据《实施意见》要求，2025年浙江省校园足球特色学校达到3000所，组建3000支以上校园足球队伍，吸引百万名青少年学生参加各级各类校园足球培训、竞赛和足球文化活动；普通高校足球选修课开设率达到90%；2020年全省建有社会标准足球场150个以上，到2025年实现全省90%以上乡镇有简易足球场。同时，争取在“十三五”期间启动建设1个大型专业足球比赛场，以满足承办国际大型足球赛事的条件和能力。
