中国网浪潮资讯 作为中国食品安全走在前列的省份，浙江的食品安全监管如何跟国际接轨？浙江又可以从其他国家学到哪些经验？在日前召开的浙江省食品安全全程追溯体系建设研讨会上，来自加拿大、新西兰等国家及地区的食品安全专家向浙江食品安全相关负责人们分享了本国的先进理念和举措。

CNCAO NEWS As the province whose food safety walked in the forefront of China, how does food safety supervision and management of Zhejiang follow the international track? And what experiences can Zhejiang learn from other countries? On the Seminar about constructing the full-course traceability system of food safety in Zhejiang which was held a few days ago, the experts of food safety from Canada, New Zealand and other countries and regions shared advanced ideas and measures of their own countries with the relevant responsible person of food safety of Zhejiang.

　　加拿大是全球“食品最放心”的国家。在加拿大的超市，每个鸡蛋、蔬菜都有自己的“身份证”， 出了问题很快能找到生产者。这就是加拿大食品检验署闻名于世的"食品召回及公众警报体系"，也是食品安全质量追溯教科书式的参考模板。

Canada is the country whose food are most reassuring in the world. In Canada's supermarkets, every egg and vegetable has its own "ID Card" and its producer can be found soon if there is any problem . This is the famous "Food Recall and Public Alarm System" of Canadian Food Inspection Agency. It is also the reference template on food Quality Safety traceability like a textbook.

　　新西兰新的食品法案要求餐饮机构要制定属于自己的《食品控制计划》，备案机构会定期派遣检查员或委派第三方审查店家或企业是否严格执行计划并存留记录。

The new Food Bill of New Zealand requires the catering agencies to formulate its own Food Control Plan. And the Record-keeping Agency will periodically dispatches inspectors or appoint a third party to examine whether the stores or companies strictly implement the plan and keep records.

　　作为全国唯一的农产品质量安全示范省，浙江农产品质量安全追溯工作已经走在全国前列。2017年，浙江省启动农产品质量安全"智慧监管APP"推广应用，今年年底，将实现200多家以上农贸市场质量追溯体系。

As the only demonstration province of Quality Safety of agricultural products in China, the work of Quality Safety traceability of agricultural products in Zhejiang has been walking in the forefront of the country. In 2017, Zhejiang initiated the promotion and application of “Smart Supervision APP” for Quality Safety of agricultural products. And by the end of this year, quality traceability system in more than 200 farmers’ markets will be realized.
