中国网浪潮资讯   9月18日上午，以“共商油品、共享机遇——油品全产业链投资便利和贸易自由”为主题的首届世界油商大会在杭州国际博览中心正式开幕。来自40多个国家和地区、200余家单位的400余位嘉宾应邀出席。

On the 18th of September in the morning, 1st International Petroleum and Natural Gas Enter-prises Conference with the theme of “Sharing Analysis, Shared Opportunity – Full Chain Investment and Free Trade in the petroleum Industry” officially opened in Hangzhou International Expo Center. Over 400 guests of over 200 units from over 400 countries and regions attended the conference by invitation.

　　The conference benchmarks world. Our country can learn advanced technology and valuable experience in international petroleum field, improve bulk commodity resources global disposition ability with petroleum at the core through exchange and cooperation. At present, Zhejiang is faced with “the Belt and Road”, the Yangtze River Economic Zone, pilot free trade zone construction and other uncommon strategic opportunities. The opening of the conference will input new energies into reform and development of Zhejiang energy field and expand new space, promote exchanges and cooperation between Zhejiang and countries along “The Belt and Road”, expand influence of Zhejiang Pilot Free Trade Zone, and speed construction of “international commodity trade liberalization pilot area and resource allocation base with international impact”.

　　The theme of Petroleum Trade Forum is new trend of global petroleum trade under “the Belt and Road” initiative. It invited David Ruck, director of liquefied petroleum gas and chemicals of Mercuria, one of the world’s top five oil traders and other guests to attend.

　　海事服务论坛，主题是国际海事服务的创新与发展，围绕浙江自贸试验区保税燃料油加注的重点产业，邀请了来自国际油商嘉能可集团、波罗的海国际航运公会、中国船舶燃料有限公司等国内外大型海事服务企业的嘉宾参加。

　　The theme of Maritime Service Forum is innovation and development of international maritime service. It invited guests from international oil trader Glencore, The Baltic and International Maritime Council, China Marine Bunker Supply Company and other domestic and foreign large scale maritime service enterprises.

　　金融服务论坛，主题是油品贸易与金融服务创新，汇聚了中国人民银行货币政策委员会副秘书长潘宏胜等众多国内外知名经济学家。

　　The theme of Financial Service Forum is oil trade and innovation of financial service. It gathered Pan Hongsheng, deputy secretary general of Monetary Policy Committee of the People’s Bank of China and many other domestic and foreign famous economist.

　　石化产业论坛，主题是石化产业的绿色发展与未来，邀请中国中化集团，BP英国石油公司、霍尼韦尔环球油品公司、美国杜邦公司、浙江石油化工有限公司的高层代表参会。

　　The theme of Petrochemical Industry Forum is green development and future of Petrochemical Industry. it invited senior representatives from BP, Honeywell UOP, Dupont USA, Zhejiang Petrochemical company to attend the forum.

　　18日下午，大会还将举行重大项目签约仪式，共有美国杜邦公司与浙江自贸区战略合作项目、英国BP公司与浙能集团战略合作协议项目等20个项目在仪式上签约。

　　The afternoon of 18th, signing ceremony will be held. 20 projects will be signed such as Strategic cooperation project between Dupont USA and Zhejiang Free Trade Zone, strategic cooperation project between British company BP and Zhejiang Energy during the ceremony.

　　签约项目突出浙江自贸区产业定位和发展目标，重点集中在油品储运、油品贸易、油品加工、总部经济、国际金融、航空等自贸区重点发展产业。其中涉及油品产业项目16个，占项目总数的80%；协议涉及金额371亿元人民币，占协议涉及总金额的64.7%。

　　Signing projects highlight industry orientation and goal of development of Zhejiang Free Trade Zone and focus on oil storage and transportation, oil trade, oil process, headquarters economy, international finance, aviation and other key industry of free trade zone. Among them, 16 projects involve oil industry, accounts for 80% of the total; agreements are about 37.1 billion yuan, which accounts for 64.7% of the total money.

　　此外，9月19日部分嘉宾还将考察浙江自贸试验区，参观舟山港综合保税区、中国（舟山）大宗商品交易中心、舟山航空产业园等地。

　　Moreover, on September 19, some guests will inspect Zhejiang Free Trade Zone, Zhoushan comprehensive bonded zone, China(Zhoushan) Bulk Commodities exchange centre, Zhoushan Aviation industry park and other places.
