日前，“全球城市竞争力排行榜”发布，上海继续五年蝉联首位，香港、深圳位列二、三位，其中，杭州位列第8位。

The "global city competitiveness rankings" released in the day before, Shanghai is continue ranked first for five years, HongKong, Shenzhen ranked two or three, which Hangzhou ranked in eighth.

　　据悉，该榜单是由中国城市竞争力研究会历时一年、对中国358个地级以上城市的综合竞争力进行分析比较后的最新研究成果。评价指标包括经济、社会、环境和文化等四个系统，由综合经济竞争力及人力资本教育竞争力等10项一级指标、50项二级指标和216项三级指标综合计算而成。

It is reported that the list is the latest research results of the comprehensive competitiveness of China's Urban Competitiveness Research Association, which lasted for one year and compared to 358 cities in China. The evaluation index includes four systems,  which are the economic, social, environmental and cultural systems. It is synthesized by 10 first level indicators, 50 second  level indicators and 216 third level indicators, including comprehensive economic competitiveness and human capital competitiveness.

　　排行榜上，位列第四至第十名的城市分别是北京、广州、重庆、天津、杭州、苏州及南京，排名与2016年基本相同。同期发布的还有其他20份榜单。全球国家(经济体)竞争力排行榜中，美国、中国及日本分列前三名；中国城市成长竞争力排行榜中，深圳、天津及重庆分别位列前三名；全球城市竞争力排行榜中，纽约位居首位，上海排名第七，香港排名第九。

The top four cities to top ten in the list are Beijing, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Suzhou and Nanjing. The ranking is basically the same as that in 2016. There were 20 other lists published in the same period.  In the global countries (national economy)competitiveness rankings, the United States, China and Japan are in top three; In China city growth competitiveness rankings, Shenzhen, Tianjin and Chongqing were among the top three; In global city competitiveness rankings, New York ranked first, Shanghai ranked seventh, Hongkong ranked ninth.

　　眼下，各种关于城市竞争力、城市发展潜力等的排行榜令人眼花缭乱，但无论怎么变化，此类排行榜的研究离不开城市综合经济竞争力和宜居、宜商程度和可持续发展能力等，主要考量两个指标，一是城市的经济增量，一是城市的综合效率。
