　　据苏尚州介绍，该企业生产的课桌台面所使用的注塑工艺，是从2013年开始研发，耗时2年时间，成品率从最初的五成，提升到95%，因此还拿下专利。这项技术创新的专利也为拿到美国上市公司订单，赢得了竞争优势。

According to Su Shangzhou’s introduction, The Injection molding process which the enterprise used to produce the table-board , is starting from 2013, it takes two years, and the finished rate is from the initial 50% to 95%, so it also won the patent. The technological innovation patent also won the competitive advantage in order to get orders from US listed company.　　

　　苏尚州曾是永嘉当地一位普通木匠，23年来一直专注教玩具产业。他的目标是以丹麦企业乐高为标杆，为了实现这一目标，苏尚州每年投入销售收入的4%进行研发，仅去年一年投入到设备更新、研发的费用就超过千万元。
