中国网浪潮资讯 日前在温州举行的2017中奥（温州）健康养老合作对话会上，温州市民政局、温州医科大学、奥地利格拉茨老年病健康中心、奥地利格拉茨大学孔子学院四方共同签署了合作备忘录，联合在温建立“中国阿尔伯特▪史怀哲老年医学和老年护理（浙江）技能中心”,推动老年病、老年护理领域相关研究、培训，推广前沿健康养老理念和新技术，培养老年医学、护理人才。

CNCAO NEWS At 2017 China-Austria Dialogue on Health&Elderly Care Cooperation, Wenzhou Municipal Civil Affair Bureau, Wenzhou Medical University, Austria Graz Geriatric Health Care Centre, Confucius Institute of Autralia University of Graz signed up memorandum of cooperation and funded “Chinese Albert Schweitzer Geriatrics and Nursing(Zhejiang) Skills Centre” which promotes correlation study and training of geriatric diseases and elderly health care, popularizes advanced concept of health care for the elderly and new technology, and cultivates talents of geriatrics and health care.

　　温州和奥地利一直保持着友好交流关系，但以往大多集中于经贸领域，本次在健康养老方面的合作是双方友好关系的进一步加强。

Wenzhou and Austria always keep amicable communication relationship, but in the past they concentrated on trading. This time, the cooperation of health care for the old is futher strength of friendly relationship.

　　人口老龄化是全世界很多国家面对的重大问题，据国家卫计委统计2016年我国60以上老人达2.2亿。欧洲是世界最早面对老龄化问题的地区，奥地利是中欧发达国家，其丰富的经验及应对方法对温州市健康养老事业发展有很好的借鉴作用。

Aging of population is a severe problem for many countries around the wolrd. According to statistics issued by National Health and Family Planning Commission, the aging population over 60 years old reached 220 million. Europe is the first district which faced the problem of aging of population and Austria is a developed country in Central Europe whose rich experience and solution is beneficial to the development of Wenzhou’s health care for the old.
