中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间9月17日，拥有美国双学位的刘黎君走进了温岭松门镇，寻求渔业保护经验。刘黎君是中国第一家关注渔业资源的公益机构——“智渔”的成员。有和她一样的十几个年轻人，他们正在为改变中国海洋的未来做出尝试。

On September 17 Beijing time, Liu Lijun with the US double degree walked into Wenling city, Songmen town and seek for experience of fishery protection. Liu Lijun is a member of the first public interest organization paying attention to fishery resources in China- China Blue Sustainability Institute. A dozen young people like her are trying to change the future of China oceans.

　　在松门镇正在进行一场“生态捕捞村”的试点。当地利用金融的杠杆，增加渔民的积极性的做法，让她觉得新鲜。

A pilot of “ecological fishing village” is carried out in Songmen town. It makes her feel interested that the town inspires piscatorial initiative by monetary lever.

　　上月底，他们参与发起了第二届中国海洋公益论坛，把“浙江经验”搬上了讨论的圆桌。他们共同的梦想是告诉世界一个真实的中国渔业，并为此做出自己的尝试。

The end of last month, they participated in holding the 2nd China Ocean NGO Forum and made “Zhejiang experience” be discussed. Their dream is to tell the world the true China fishery and make an attempt for it.
