中国网浪潮资讯 11月15日，基于太极推出的创新运动项目——功守道，首场赛事在北京开幕，赛事全程由优酷直播，赛事实况将在央视体育频道播出。

　　比赛现场，绚丽的灯光效果、动感的背景音乐，360度大屏幕，让高1.5米、直径3米的擂台非常炫酷，处处展现着传统与现代的创新融合。揭幕战中，10名功守道运动员进行5场正式较量，每场三个回合决出胜负。

　　擂台上，身穿黑白比赛服的功守道运动员，首先拱手行礼，然后在活步推手技术上展开攻防。近身对抗中体现出太极沾、连、粘的特色，以採、挒、肘、靠的技法，将对手打倒在地或者打下擂台。

In the ring, the athlete in black and white competition, the first hand salute, then in the walking hand technology to attack and defend. 　　推下擂台，背部着地，双双摔出场外……两位70公斤级选手率先登场，刚柔并济中体现力量与技巧，比赛节奏紧张、胜负扣人心弦。丰富的技术动作，复杂的劲道变化，让熟悉跆拳道、柔道和拳击的观众，见识了不同于摔、打、踢的太极技击，现场欢呼加油声不断。

　　今年10月初，功守道首期集训营落户安徽铜陵，开启一个多月的封闭训练。在功守道总教练、太极拳世界冠军王占海，及李连杰的亲自指导下，太极拳传人、武术冠军和大学生组成的首期运动员，每天都要进行高强度训练，包括基本功、身体素质、技术动作、两人配合以及实战等，为赛事进行了充分的准备。

　　除了专业运动员的对抗，此次比赛中还安排了4场业余组比赛，参赛的有互联网行业员工和高校学生，比赛过程同样精彩激烈，突显了公平公正，全民参与性，参与人群广泛的奥运原则。

　　据介绍，功守道由太极推手演变而来。太极推手是太极拳体系中训练技击能力和悟“劲”的重要手段。传统武术中踢、拿、打、摔等技法在太极推手中均有应用，其他拳种也有“揉手”、“摛手”等类似的练习方式。
