中国网浪潮资讯 北京时间6月18日，浙商银行行长刘晓春在2017丝路国际联盟大会上表示，面对企业走向国际化所遇到的问题，银行需要思考的不仅是融资与降低风险门槛的问题，更多的是思考如何为企业提供金融能力。

CNCAO NEWS On June 18 Beijing Time, Liu Xiaochun, the president of China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. ( CZB for short ) stated in 2017 Silk Road International Association Inaugural Meeting and 1st Summit that being faced with the problems when entreprises were going global, it was how to provide financial capability for corporations rather than only thinking about the issue of financing and lowering the risk thresholds that banks were required to consider.　

　　自2013年中国提出“一带一路”愿景以来，已得到100多个国家和国际组织积极响应支持，40多个国家和国际组织同中国签署合作协议。　　

Since China brought up the idea of "the Belt and Road" in 2013, there have already been over 100 countries and international organizations showing active response as well as more than 40 countries and international organizations signing cooperative agreements with China.　　

　　在此前的“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛上，中国宣布将追加提供总值1360亿多美元的融资，用于支持“一带一路”倡议相关的基础设施项目。　　

In the previous The Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, China announced to offer additional financing valuing over 136 billion dollars to support infrastructure projects related to "the Belt and Road" Initiative.　

　　然而，刘晓春认为，企业的资金融通并不等于贸易畅通。与此同时，在人民币国际化的趋势中，企业如何应对国际化风险也成为一个难题。

However, Liu reckoned that the financial integration of entreprises could not equal to unimpeded trade. Meanwhile, with the trend of the RMB internationalization, how entreprises would handle with its risk has also become a problem.　　

　　刘晓春建议，企业投资“一带一路”项目，可以从丝路基金、政策性银行、商业银行和资本市场等途径获取资金。同时银行也需要思考如何为走出去的企业提供金融能力和金融工具，帮助企业提升管理企业内部资金效率。

Liu suggested that entreprises could obtain capital from the Silk Road Fund, policy banks, commercial banks, capital market and other channels for the investment of "the Belt and Road" projects. And the banks also need to consider about how to offer financial capability and financial tools for "Going Out" entreprises to help them enhance the effectiveness of managing their internal finance.
